The place is absolutely beautiful when you step inside. The ladies are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I had a great time today and if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have found my perfect dress. I would definitely recommend Ivy Rose.

From the moment I called to make the appointment, they gave me such a warm welcome which made me feel more at ease. Their professionalism and expertise in catering for new brides is absolutely flawless, not only have they helped me find the perfect dress, they've boosted my confidence and made me feel wonderful inside and out. Today I said yes to the dress! I can’t believe how lovely and welcoming the girls are! I had such a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t never have even thought about going for the dress I did, if it wasn’t for them! It’s even named after my grandad by the designers without even knowing. It was mean to be! I can’t wait to meet them girls again for the next fittings and rehearsals. thank you so so much

Ivy Rose were the second out of 3 boutiques I visited, and the service they provided was second to none. They are friendly, welcoming and fun, but above all knowledgeable and professional. Both ladies were extremely personable. The experience was stress free and they were both so genuine. Although I didn't say yes to the dress today I have a feeling I'll be back!
I tried 5 different bridal shops and this is the only boutique I can honestly say is worth 5 star rating . From the minute you walk in you are greeted by two lovely ladies with big friendly smiles.

The girls were so friendly and provided a real VIP bridal experience. There were so many beautiful dresses in my budget and I was lucky enough to find the one! Amazing service and a low deposit made what could be quite a stressful and overwhelming experience really easy and special. With this being my very first trial of wedding dress shopping, it's fair to say I was extremely nervous and worried.
However these two lovely ladies made it a great experience from the moment we entered, they made us feel welcome with drinks & Cake. Didn't once feel like we were having to rush because we were taking ages.. it was such an amazing, enjoyable experience.

Well.... What can I say? These fabulous girls had to deal with probably the most anxious bride and keep it a secret as I told everyone I wasn’t making a fuss! I was instantly at ease when I came here, as they were both so relaxed yet extremely professional. Communication over the months leading up to my big day was spot on, along with the whole 5 ⭐️ service. If you have any doubt about where to go then I highly recommend Ivy Rose!
